Αγγελική Λόη: Σπούδασε ζωγραφική με δάσκαλο τον Γ. Ρόρρη και το 2015 αποφοίτησε από την Ανωτάτη Σχολή Καλών Τεχνών της Αθήνας (Α.Σ.Κ.Τ.) με δασκάλους τον Γ. Ψυχοπαίδη και Μ. Σπηλιόπουλο στην ζωγραφική, τον Ν. Τρανό στη γλυπτική και τον Μ. Μπαμπούση στη φωτογραφία. Έχει πραγματοποιήσει πέντε ατομικές εκθέσεις στην Ελλάδα (2005, 2012, 2018, 2019, 2021), δύο στην Ελβετία (2015, 2016), μια διατομική (2020) και έχει πάρει μέρος σε πολυάριθμες ομαδικές στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό. Η έρευνά της απαντά σε ερωτήματα για την ανθρώπινη επικοινωνία στο αστικό περιβάλλον, έχοντας σαν όχημα τη μνήμη και το βίωμα σε σχέση με τη φύση και το οικολογικό μας αποτύπωμα.

Aggeliki Loi has studied painting with George Rorris and later on she graduated from the Athens School of Fine Art (A.S.F.A.) in 2015. Among her professors were Yannis Psychopaidis and Marios Spiliopoulos (painting), Nikos Tranos (sculpture) and Manolis Babousis (photography). She has presented her work in five solo exhibitions in Greece (2005, 2011, 2018, 2019, 2021) and two in Switzerland (2015, 2016). She has also participated in numerous groups exhibitions, in Grecee and abroad, among which was a two artists show (2020). Her research deals with questions regarding the human communication within the urban context, by means of memory and experience, in relation to nature and our ecological footprint.

O Νίκος Εγγονόπουλος γεννήθηκε τον Οκτώβριο του 1907 στην Αθήνα και πραγματοποίησε τις βασικές του σπουδές εσωτερικός σε Λύκειο του Παρισιού. Το 1927 υπηρέτησε τη στρατιωτική του θητεία και μετά την απόλυσή του εργάστηκε ως μεταφραστής σε τράπεζα και γραφέας στο Πανεπιστήμιο, ενώ το 1930 διορίστηκε στο Υπουργείο Δημοσίων Έργων ως σχεδιαστής στη Διεύθυνση Σχεδίων Πόλεων.

Το 1932 γράφτηκε στην Σχολή Καλών Τεχνών, όπου μαθήτευσε κοντά στον Κωνσταντίνο Παρθένη, ενώ παράλληλα παρακολουθούσε μαθήματα βυζαντινής τέχνης στο εργαστήριο των Φώτη Κόντογλου και Α. Ξυγγόπουλου, μαζί με το Γιάννη Τσαρούχη. Έκανε ελεύθερες σπουδές σε Παρίσι, Βιέννη, Μόναχο και Ιταλία. Δίδαξε στη Σχολή Αρχιτεκτόνων του Ε.Μ.Π., ζωγραφική, ιστορία της τέχνης και σκηνογραφία από το 1938, διαδοχικά ως επιμελητής, έκτακτος, μόνιμος και τακτικός καθηγητής. Την ίδια περίοδο γνωρίστηκε με άλλους σημαντικούς καλλιτέχνες, μεταξύ των οποίων ο Ανδρέας Εμπειρίκος, ο Γιάννης Μόραλης και ο Τζόρτζιο ντε Κίρικο. Σε όλο το διάστημα των σπουδών ζωγραφικής ο Εγγονόπουλος παρέμεινε στη θέση του στο Υπουργείο και το 1934 τοποθετήθηκε στην Τοπογραφική Υπηρεσία, όπου μετά από έξι χρόνια μονιμοποιήθηκε με το βαθμό του Σχεδιαστή Α΄ Τάξεως.

Τα πρώτα δείγματα της ζωγραφικής του παρουσιάστηκαν το 1938 στην Έκθεση Τέχνη της Νεοελληνικής Παραδόσεως και αποτελούσαν έργα που απεικόνιζαν παλαιά σπίτια της Δυτικής Μακεδονίας. Την ίδια χρονιά σημειώθηκε και η είσοδός του στα ελληνικά γράμματα, αρχικά με τη δημοσίευση μεταφράσεων σε ποιήματα του Τριστάν Τζαρά και λίγο αργότερα, τον Ιούνιο του 1938, με την κυκλοφορία της πρώτης του ποιητικής συλλογής με τον τίτλο Μην ομιλείτε εις τον οδηγόν.

Πίνακές του υπάρχουν στην Εθνική Πινακοθήκη, στις Δημοτικές Πινακοθήκες Αθηνών, Ρόδου, Θεσσαλονίκης, στο Μουσείο Θεάτρου στο Εθνικό Μετσόβιο Πολυτεχνείο και σε ιδιωτικές συλλογές. Πέθανε το 1985 από ανακοπή καρδιάς.

Nikos Engonopoulos was born in Athens in 1907 and was the second son of Panaghiotis and Errietti (Henrietta) Engonopoulos. During the summer of 1914 when Nikos Engonopoulos family went on a trip to Constantinople his family was obliged to settle there, due to the outbreak of World War I. In 1923, he was enrolled in a lycée in Paris, where he studied for a period of four years. After his return to Greece, he served as a private in the 1st Infantry Regiment. Later on he worked as a translator in a bank and as a secretary at the University of Athens. In 1930 Engonopoulos was employed as a designer in the Urban Planning Department of the Greek Ministry of Public Works. In 1932 he joined the Athens School of Fine Arts, where he studied under the supervision of Konstantinos Parthenis. He also attended classes at the art studio of Photios Kontoglou. During that time he met important artists, the poet Andreas Embirikos and painters such as Yannis Tsarouchis, Giorgio de Chirico and Yannis Moralis.
His first paintings, mostly temperas on paper depicting old houses, were presented at an Art of Modern Greek Tradition exhibition, organised in January 1938. Soon after the exhibition, he published translations of poems by Tristan Tzara, which were published in February. A few months later, his first collection of poems (Do Not Distract the Driver) was published, followed by a second one (The Clavicembalos of Silence) the next year. Overall he is considered one of the finest surrealist poets of Greece.
His first individual exhibition was held in 1939. Three years later, he finished his most popular long poem Bolivar, a Greek Poem, inspired by the revolutionary leader Simón Bolívar and published in 1944. The poem was also released in the form of a song, in 1968, with music composed by Nikos Mamangakis.
He died of a heart attack in 1985 in Athens.

Η Μαρία Σταμάτη είναι εικαστικός και ποιήτρια.
Γεννήθηκε στην Αμφιλοχία και ζει στην Αθήνα.
Σπούδασε, ιδιωτικά, κοντά στον Ryne Bergstrom (καθηγητή Σxολ.Καλών Τεχνών Γκέτεμποργκ), στο  εργαστήρι ζωγραφικής του Μ. Βελούδιου  και για μικρό διάστημα με τον Κ. Νιάρχο.
Έχει παρουσιάσει 25 ατομικές εκθέσεις στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό ( Αθήνα, Ρώμη, Βαρκελώνη, Γενεύη, Πόζναν Πολωνία, Θεσσαλονίκη, Μιλάνο, Μάντοβα). 
‘Έργα της βρίσκονται σε συλλογές στην Ελλάδα και στο Εξωτερικό.
Έχει φιλοτεχνήσει εξώφυλλα πολλών βιβλίων.
Δοκίμια και κείμενά της για την τέχνη ,έχουν δημοσιευτεί σε πολλά πολιτιστικά περιοδικά.
Έχουν εκδοθεί έξι ποιητικές συλλογές της.
Είναι μέλος του Επιμελητηρίου Εικαστικών  Τεχνών Ελλάδος, της  Εθνικής εταιρείας Ελλήνων λογοτεχνών και της ΕΑΛ.
Έχει διακριθεί και βραβευτεί 6 φορές για το έργο της.

Maria Stamati is a Visual artist and poet.
She was born in Amphilohia and she lives in Athens. 
She studied privately next to Rune Bergstrome (professor of School of Fine Arts in Getteborg, Sweden); in M. Veloudios’s atelier and for a sort time, next to K. Niarhos.
She has presented 25 solo exhibitions in Greece and abroad ( Athens, Rome, Barcelona, Geneve, Poznan Poland, Thessaloniki, Milan, Mantua )
She has taken part in more than 135 group exhibitions in Greece and abroad.
Her Artworks are in collections in Greece and abroad.
She has published 6 collections of poems.
Her poems have been translated into English, German, French, Polish, Bulgarian and Czech.
Her essays and texts on art have been published in various cultural and literary magazines.
Her works are included in art publications abroad and her poems in many contemporary anthologies (Australia, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Canada, Bulgaria)
She has created covers of a lot of books.
Is a member of the Chamber of Fine Arts of Greece, the Greek National
Literary Society and the A.A.L.
She has been awarded with prizes for her work for 6 times.
